How long does it take to process an order?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If your order is particularly urgent please contact us so we aware of your time constraints.

How much does shipping cost?

All of our shipping has tracking included.

North Island New Zealand Urban-$6.50

North Island New Zealand Rural-$9.50

South Island New Zealand Urban-$12.50

South Island Rural-$16.00

Free shipping over $100 spent.

Do you deliver locally?

Yes. We have local delivery available to the Waihi Beach and Katikati area with any purchase over $30.00. 

Delivery is available within a 10km radius of the katikati and Waihi Beach township.

International shipping-please contact us to discuss international shipping prices.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

North Island New Zealand Urban- 2-5 days

North Island New Zealand Rural- 2-10 days

South Island New Zealand Urban-2-7 days

South Island New Zealand Rural-2-12 days

Please be aware that these times may differ at high volume times of the year like pre-Christmas and public holidays. 

What if my product is damaged in transit?

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at theauthentichoneyco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
